I ate some salted tang hulu at a dessert shop recently, and I heard from a dessert chef who works part-time there that you two developed it together. It's such a marvelous treat! The saltiness makes the sweetness of the fruit burst in my mouth... I have newfound understanding and respect for you. Will you invent other new desserts in the future?
